Lisa Motzko was the DMM, Mass Beauty at Ulta when we met in 2014 and then went on to be the VP of makeup. It was clear to me from the very beginning that Lisa was a true merchant who was laser-focused on building strategic relationships with brands.
Since recently collaborating on several projects together, I’ve seen her skill set broaden even further due to her experience working with some of the biggest global brands and retailers in the beauty industry.
Lisa can quickly assess a brand’s strengths and weaknesses and develop a customized course of action. She is highly creative and resourceful. She is an expert at developing innovative products and packaging solutions that are unique to the specific needs of the brand. In addition to all these professional skills is a wonderful person who is an absolute joy to work with!
